I started my career at Microsoft, spent several years as a fractional COO working inside growth-stage companies, and eventually found that the work I kept coming back to was helping founders build the teams and systems that let their businesses scale. That's what led me to coaching.
Outside of that work, I invest in early-stage startups through Bluefog Group and photograph theatrical productions across the Denver area - my creative outlet and a way to stay connected to the arts community I love.
